In short: Verify who you are contracting with and preserve the offer you accepted.
Identify the seller and operator
Request the company’s legal identity, contact details and relevant registration information. Check claims through the applicable official registers for your country and the services involved. A logo, social-media account or shared testimonial is not independent verification.
Nusuk publishes approved providers for its platform. A company’s appearance there relates to that platform; it does not establish every consumer protection or sales permission that may apply in your home country.
Keep a complete written offer
Before payment, retain the itinerary, exact hotels, room arrangement, inclusions, substitution conditions and cancellation terms. Check that the payment recipient matches the agreed contracting arrangement. If another company collects payment, ask for the relationship and responsibility to be explained in writing.
Understand when reservations become confirmed and which documents you will receive. A receipt for a deposit and confirmation of each travel service are different things.
Compare protections in your country
Consumer protection, financial protection and complaint routes depend on the seller, product and jurisdiction. Verify any claimed coverage directly with the scheme or authority named; do not infer it from a general travel-industry badge. If you are unsure what a term means, resolve it before making a non-refundable payment.
