In short: Make the boundary between your bookings and the provider’s bookings explicit.

Describe the scope before asking for prices

A complete enquiry should say whether you need international flights, visa assistance, accommodation in both cities, airport transfers and the intercity journey. If you already have flights, include the confirmed arrival and departure airports and local dates. Avoid requesting “everything” without listing what it means.

Nusuk distinguishes comprehensive packages and packages without visa services. These labels do not replace an eligibility check or the need to read the inclusions of an individual offer.

When separate flights can make sense

You may prefer a particular airline, have points to use or need to coordinate departures from different countries. In that case, a provider arranging hotels and local services can still be useful if that service is available. Ask them to confirm that their timetable works with your actual flights before making non-refundable payments.

If a provider includes flights, compare fare conditions and baggage as well as the schedule. Know whether a flight change triggers extra hotel or transfer charges.

Assign responsibility for changes

Write a short handover note: who monitors arrival changes, who contacts the driver and who arranges a new pickup after a delay. Keep confirmations from each supplier together. A clear division of responsibility is more useful than assuming one company will fix another company’s booking.
